DBK Capital is a family private equity firm based in Ancaster Ontario Canada. We have invested in retail, restaurant, marines, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing. There are few industries we aren’t interested in investing in.

We look to partner with companies that have a strong ownership/management team. We look to help improve the companies profitability with our capital resources as well as  (not sure what we say here but something along the lines of our management teams and knowledge of industries etc). Each investment we make is different. The structure of our deals are all different based on the companies we invest in.
